Simple instructions - If you don't recognize the name or number, don't answer. Don't call them; it's a scam. Like your parents probably told you, don't speak to strangers. And don't rely on the government's Do Not Call list; file a complaint with them. Just add the number to your personal Blocked Caller list then delete the message. Not every call you receive needs to be answered. You have Caller ID. You know who your family and friends are. Why are you answering calls from strangers? Don't trust "Opt Out" selections from anyone. Never give out your cell phone number to anyone except your family and trusted friends, if you give it out at all.

I received a call from this number. It was TNT Window Tinting in Middleton, WI confirming my appointment to have my windows tinted.

called the past 4 hours almost on the hour and has not left a voice message just keeps calling. The last call was at 8:30pm so hopefully that is it for the night...leave a message if its important otherwise STOP calling!!

Why would a data collection company call my UNLISTED/removed from list/no spam phone # for a health care professional?

They call, you answer and they disconnect. Same day, receive call back, same thing. one day later at night, they call a***n and speak. I disconnect. They talk a mile a minute.

I was called several times after I asked that they stop calling me.

I have been repeatedly harassed by this number. Once I answered and ***ody spoke, I said "hello" three times, no response.  If I can verify that this is truly a customer satisfaction survey for Fedex/Kinko's, then they now have a VERY DISSATISFIED customer, and I will not do business with Fedex/Kinko's anymore.

I didn't answer but the Kinko's thing makes sense - I had business cards printed there last week. (And complained about the bad service - nothing but 15 year old kids running around)

Was just a company FedEx Kinko's uses to follow up with customers. I had a print job done their last week. The Fed Ex Kinko's store did a terrible job (their heavy duty stapler was broken) and I didn't find out until after I ordered online so I was happy to tell them I was not happy with their services.

They called my cell phone twice in four hours, but each time I missed the call. I actually use the fedex-office website (automated print jobs) a lot.  I googled the number and found this posting. I called the number someone listed above (801-373-7735), which gave me the main menu.  Dial 2 to have your phone number listed on the opt-out list, got a pleasant woman and she took my name off the list. Hopefully, the calls will stop.My understanding is-- even if you are on the 'do not call' list, a company that you do business with can still call you  (ie Discover can call their customers to market their credit insurance plan)-- unless you get on their customer opt-out list.

Western Wats Survey Slime***** I STRONGLY urge you to call the office of the CEO for any company that Western Wats may call you about. Let them know that invading the privacy of your home with unwanted phone calls is NOT the way to keep you as a customer. Point out that they don't need a parasite like Western Wats to get customer feedback, because when they get it wrong (like now) you'll let them know, for free. Tell them that while you realize Western Wats is technically exempt from the DNC list, you expect companies to respect the intent of the list, not to worm their way through a legal loophole. Point out that good customer service includes respect for the customers, and ignoring DNC status is VERY disrespectful of customers wishes.

all it says on my caller id is Ogden UT (for what I guess to be Utah);I didn't pick it up...they didn't leave a message.  I haven't gone to a kinkos or had any delivery transactions with FED-EX...???

WE got a call from this number, they wanted check on a trasaction that was make to our checking account. We did not give them any information. When my husband said that I deal with the checking, he ***g up. I am on the do not call list. I called back the man who answered said we were not on his list.

Call comes in on my unlisted phone I think it is important like from a doctor or someone I know. I answer it. No one is there. It has happened more then once. I have NO CALL ALSO ON IN FORCE.

Called twice now-mid afternoon, since I got a new phone number. I do not know anyone in Utah. This is annoying. There is complete silence on the other end. It maybe an automatic dialer?

I called them at (801) -373-7735 , I chose the remove from call list option.  When the nice lady answered she asked me for the phone number and said she would remove it right then.  Was very nice and easy.  Total phone call took 68 seconds.

Received a call from 801 823-2033.  Wanted to do a survey about my recent experience with Kinkos.  I phoned  Fedex-Kinkos.  They told me, they DO NOT give out phone numbers.  Did some further research.  This # belongs to Western Wats - They do research for Manufactures; Service Providers (that would be Kinkos) and Politicians.  They are located at 701 East Timpanoogos Parkway, Building M, Orem Utah 84097.  Their phone number is 801 373-7735 and their fax is 801 379-5073.  Their email is [email protected] .
