Received several calls from this #, they usually don't leave a message. Once they did, it was 20 seconds of silence. Since i don't answer calls from numbers i don't recognize, i don't know who they claim to be. Whether or not it's actually Fidelity, it's unprofessional behavior, so spam.

Received a call from this number claiming to be a Fidelity representative. When I asked information concerning my account they were completely unfamiliar with it. I politely ***g up. I suspect this was a phishing call to obtain access to my retirement savings.
