The company name may c****e from Chase bank to J.D. Power and****ociates or others out there depending. All of the calls are from Te******formance market researchers. NOT Tele-marketers. They are not allowed to leave a message because they will lose their jobs and in this economy, you have to do whatever you can to pay the rent, so I can understand why they would do this. The "Do-Not-Call" list does not apply to them because they are not selling anything and are not asking for donations. MOST of these studies are for the government so that they can decide whether to have a special election or if there are c****es that have to happen, what is a good Idea to bring money to the area, etc. OR it's from a company that you, the customer, have been apart of at some point in time and they want to know what they can do to keep you business, serve you better, or why you left. Being ****ed at these people for doing their job is just ******.IF YOU WANT THEM TO STOP CALLING:First: ANSWER THE PHONE! Some times the simplest answer is the obvious one.Second: Kindly, and I can not stress this enough, let them know that you have NO interest in doing the survey, or just do they survey!Tadaa! Simple yes? HOWEVER, If you are rude or short tempered with them, sometimes, what you want isn't conveyed properly through the cursing and you end up getting another call because if the Person that called you dispositions you incorrectly, they will get fired. You curse them out, and **** up, that is usually a "Not available" and You WILL be called a***n by someone else.These companies are trying to help the people's Opinions be heard! If you don't like how things are being run, then talk to them and let them know what's wrong! If you refuse, or stay silent...it's your fault that nothing is c****ed.
