call in at 2.53pm 4-2-09  no one answerd when I picked up the phone

LOL this number called me 7 times in a row and was like WTH, so I googled the number and it is Dell to setup a appoinment to fix a computer.

BTW I am the Matthew they are looking for. I work at a school district in IT so I schedule quite a few onsite visits. It's kind of funny to find this out here though. It is Dell, I promise I will try and answer
