FTC DNC registery is now once you register you don't have to anymore, just read it on the FTC Website today along with new 2009 rules for telemarketers, bill collectors, etc.Receiving OUT OF AREA caller id calls from this number that never leaves any number or answers , found several websites to Robert Allen The Enlightened Millionaire Ins***ute 5072 North 300 West STE-130 Provo,UT 84604 which also calls from 801-852-8700 and shows numerous complaints. The times I called they didn't answer the 801-852-8702 number but does answer the 801-852-8700 and tries to use their high pressure sell tactic even when you tell them all you want is for them to stop calling. I have filed complaints with the BBB and FTC DNC because they just won't stop calling, looks like this Robert Allen Real Estate seminars has been affiliated with several companies and all have had numerous complaints for years. Then a letter came stating you can make $10,000-$20,000 in the next 90 days , he can buy 7 houses in 57 hours without a job,credit or money , go to any city with a $100 spending cash and buy an excellent property without any of his money. In todays Real Estate/Mortgage business it just sounds to good to be true.

801-852-8702 = Same people that have called in the past from 801-852-8700 (look it up here) AKA: Robert G. Allen Group. Seminar blah blah blah. Knew my first name, etc. I said I'm on the national do not call list. Never done business with you in the past. Have filed complaints about you calling before. Please remove me from 'your'list (say it every time; doesn't work with them) and highly suggest you remove me this time before you're fined. Thank you/bye.

Received a Call form 801-852-8702 the typical 'no response.' For those that are hounded by bill collectors, they normally have so****ing to say. It's all about "Dialing For Dollars." Why any company would dial a number and say nothing always causes some kind of question and concern. Needless to say, a nuisance. Don't forget to get on the National Do Not Call Registry. Because you did it a few years ago, doesn't mean that it's forever, it isn't. So, maybe a good idea around Halloween each year, put in all your phone lines. Note your limited to Three. That's three per Verifiable Email, so those that have more than one email acct. can easily take care of 6 to 9 phone numbers. And for those that do have Bill Collectors calling, well if you can't or don't want to pay, discuss a settlement, you can tell them to Stop. They Must pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. BUT, should you give a debt collector no place to go other than Legal, you might want to re-think telling them to go pack sand...

For all those that keep mentioning the do not call list.  This service flopped and needs to be rebuilt.  The CRTC sells this list to marketing agencies around the world so that they know NOT to call these numbers.  In actuality, these companies or con artists are using the list to call people because now they know the numbers are active numbers.  They no longer require a dialer to find active numbers from anywhere.  The only advice that can be given is to continue to report these calls to the appropriate government agency for your region.

We also get repeat calls from this number.  Here's what you do with unwanted telemarketing calls:1. File a complaint with the Do Not Call registry (get registered if you aren't yet!)2. Tell the telemarketer these exact words:  "Put us on your do not call list."  Other statements do not accomplish the desired purpose.

A few days ago I had 2 missed calls from numbers I had never seen before.  801-852-8702. Today when the number popped up a***n I answered.  He asked for me by my first name, and said that he was calling from the "Enlighten Ins***ute".  I told him to take my number off the list and never to call me a***n.  He just replied "ok"

I called the number back and they answered EWI (Enlightened Wealth Ins***ute), you can guess this is a pain in the neck solicitation.

I got 2 call in a row from 801-852-8702.  There was just silence on the othher end. No one spoke or answerd me when I said*****o.  I have no idea what they have to ***n by calling my cell phone.
