Message said she was calling on behalf of my case manager and I should call back with my ID and account info. HUMANA will never call and ask you for this! I don’t have a case manager either. Did not call back. Real Humana Member here. Never give out your identifying information unless it’s YOU who called a reputable business. Otherwise,****ume it’s a scam.
All he got was a Humana member # & c****e of address. He gave me an address to mail a payment to, but I don't think it belongs to Humana. I will check with Humana to see if my address c****e was put thru. Did not give any other personal info. Not be sure he was a spammer, but looks su****ious.
I was calling Humana to give them a c****e of address & call was intercepted.
