Not sure who these people are and why they keep calling! The first time they called they didn't say anything, so I ***g up the second time, the guy was talking so fast I did not understand a thing he said.

Recorded message about medical service in last 3 months and delay in billing mailings. Says we should be receiving statement shorly (The name they said the service was for was the same as our oldest daughters name except the last letter of the last name. She didn't have any medical service their, and hasen;t even lived at this residence for a couple of years, We live in Arizona and received the call 4-19-10 around 10am.

I recieved a call from 801-***-0000 this morning around 9:30 it showed up as Salt Lake Ci UT and when I answered and they ***g up on me.. This is a business that they called. I tried to call the number back and it told me "Your call can not be completed at this time, please **** up and try your call later".. Don't know who this is but I am guessing whomever is behind this is up to no good judging by the other complaints. Beware of this number.. Alot of scammers are trying to get personal information latetly.

I actually stayed on the line and they had my name. I pressed "1" to speak to someone in person. The recording while I waited said, "thank you for callin" as if I called them. A woman got on the line eventually and insisted that I must confirm my first and last name which she read to me. I insisted that she tell me what the call was regarding. She ***g up!

Caller was asking for a relative who had an outstanding "personal business matter" or debt. Spoke with a man named "***dley" who stated his job ***le as being a supervisor and told him he had the wrong number, though we "are" related her business matters have nothing to do with me and asked to have my cellular phone number removed. ***dley stated that unless I could provide a verifiable number to contact the other party or have her contact him they would continue to call me because she had listed my number as her home phone. Having worked as a debt collector in the past I stated I know how they say these things to try to locate a person to collect a debt they have purchased at a reduced fee from creditors, he paused then said he didn't care and even raised his voice when told I would NOT help him do his job by locating the party. ***dley was unprofessional and as a Supervisor says a lot about the company as well as employees and standards. I would recommend A***NST doing business with any business that operates under unethical and unprofessional standards. I STRONGLY recommend filing a complaint to the FTC as well as with your state attorney general as soon as possible to help prevent businesses such as these from operating from within the United States.
