I called the number from an email, I did not click on it, and they wanted me to open my bank account in my computer in order to get a refund but I refused! They somehow managed to get a file loaded on my computer, anydesk.exe, which allowed them to access my computer! Now I keep getting computer updating screen but when I try to click on cancel my mouse moves by itself to stop me from cancelling!
