This is an outright scam. Kept me on the phone for two hours disguising themselves as PayPal. Their MO is to get you to download an app. which will provide access to your computer and then through Zelle they would have a money transfer platform to receive such transfers.

Said someone else's Macbook shipped via email this number was left as customer support

They claim to be from the Norton antivirus company. They are not.

I question them before giving any information they ***g up on me tells me that they’re a scammer

The scammers send you a email confirming a ridiculous item that cost over thousand dollars confirming it has shipped and then give you a number to call them back to confirm.. yup goggled that number AND SURPRISE NOT SURPRISE.. SCAMMERS.

The scammers send you a email confirming a ridiculous item that cost over thousand dollars . They want you to call so they can tell you your account has su****ious activity. They pick up the right away and say Amazon. That never happens when you call a company like Amazon.
