I don't feel I have to explain...
It has a nice smell?!
Several calls flooded from this number and others. They try to sell car insurance
Auto-Warranty Scam. Leave a message on answering ma****e.. If you pick up and follow the directions to have your number removed it disconnects.
How do we get these turkeys to stop calling. This is one of many that continue to call even though I have inputted several times to have my name removed. I think that they just move to another number if they find out you answered. So, I have stopped answering unless I recognize the number. I now type in all numbers into Google to check on them. There are so many of THEM! I say we purchase a 'dialer' and constantly call them. Whose with me?
I get the same call both at home AND at work. And like Jim B. my work phone is also a military number so it would have never been used for any kind of purchase, so that eliminates them getting it from some kind of "list". Last time I received this call at work, I hit the "1" to talk to a rep...and she asked for the make and model of my car. That's when I said "I am sure you would be calling ME...to get the "warrantee" renewed on military vehicles...since this IS a military installation phone number!" ..... Of course she ***g up, but they still call back daily. I just don't answer any more when I see that familiar number. How can this be stopped? I am sick of the calls at home and at work...yet hitting the "2" does NOT take you off thier "list".
Left a VM on my work ma****e: "Extend-your-car-warranty" pitch. HUH?! What are you people, on dope?
I also have the same problem... I tell him no car and they hand up on me... I ask to speak to manager and the same guy comes back on saying he is the manager... then I get ***g up on a***n. Please! Someone tell me how to get them to stop calling!!! Or even who they are???
We have gotten the same calls many times and like the rest of you we have pushed 2, got a rep and said to take our no. off their list just to get ***g up on. I have asked to talk to a manager and got ***g up on. I hope someone finds a way to discurage this type of harrasment.
I agree these people are s*** of the earth. I hate them. Today I picked the call and pressed one. Some idiot picks the phone and asks my car year and make. When I ask him he should be having on his side since he called me, he ***g up the phone. I am on the do-not-call list. Looks like that list is broken
They wont answer my call. Maybe Because I'm a unlisted number. It seems that they a****st others have no respect for the Do not call list. A suggestion I have if you have a computer with a modem, is to use a piece of software called Identafone Pro or so****ing similar. I bought this several years ago and it has made a big difference even in todays climate of s****ed caller ID's. You can try it for free. I can block out these numbers or block of numbers such as 8oo, 866 and other toll free numbers or blocks of a specific area codes. When a blocked number calls they get a line no longer in service tone with a message that you don't receive these kind of calls. Generally, it will automatically take your number off the auto dialers they use. I don't represent this software or company and make no money from this so there will be no link, just google it.
These people are the s*** of the earth. Probably organized crime dirtbags. Last call I got through and then advised "Jason" that I would need his personal information before proceeding further. The coward ***g up. They are on the same level as *********s. They should be taken out with extreme prejudice, and all workers prosecuted, regardless of level of involvement.
As with the rest of you, I keep getting these same Warranty Service Center calls on various numbers and the MO is the same. If I press 2, they **** up and keep calling, if I press 1 and ask any questions, they **** up on me and keep calling. Of course calling back these numbers goes no where. It sounds illegal to me, can't law enforcement get involved? Also, this is a business phone they keep calling, so I know there full of it since I never give out this number when making purchases.
I get calls 3 or 4 times a day from 802-458-4186. They want me to renew my car warantee. Problem is that this is a military phone, and I'm too busy for such ****. I press 2 to get off the call list, but the calls keep coming. I press one to talk with a rep, and as soon as I tell them I want off the list they **** up. Where can I point my nuke?
call about vehicle warranty renewal
call stating car warranty is running out soon, I press 1 to speak with a rep, tell them tot ake me off their list, and they **** up on me. Haven't yet found out their name. This same company also calls from numerous other numbers and states. I'm on the do not call registry.
keeps calling me saying my vehicle waranty is going to run out and this is my last notice ???? hummm i think to my self my car is less than a year old !! ha this is such a scam so i procede to press 1 to speak to a rep. then it automaticlly ***g up on me !!! seriousley who wants to waste peoples time ! this is so annoying
UGH! Even going on their do no call list, they just call from another number. 2X a day!!!!
This number calls me every morning. When I answer no person or ma****e speaks. Lately I place the call on speakerphone, waiting for the recording so I can press "2" (or whatever). No recording ever comes on and the line is dropped. I am already on the do-not-call list; any suggestions?
I have also rec'd many of these recorded messages from this number as well as other numbers asking about a renewal warranty. I mentioned that I have a 47Studebaker and they **** up. How can we get rid of these annoying pain in the ****s?
calls about car warranties, nonstop even if you ask to be removed still call
These guys keep calling me too. I pressed 1 to get someone on the phone and the guy asks for my car's make, model and year. When I ask "don't you have that you called me saying my warranty needs renewing", they **** up on me. The next time after he said the company name "Vehicle Protection _____" I asked him to repeat the company name and he ***g up. My caller ID says Middleburg VT 1-802-458-4186I'm sure they manage to scam some people out of money everyday.
Numberous calls after pressing 2 to take me off. My cars a piece of ****, if I could get a factory warenty I'd be a happy camper. These people just call you up and make you feel great, then they lie to you, and thats not cool man
I get a call from this number quite often and there is always an automated message saying that I need to renew my warranty on my vehicle. It says to press 2 to take my name off the list, I do so, then they **** up. I also get calls from several other numbers with the same automated message and they seem to cycle through. A couple of weeks ago I put my number down on the "Do Not Call" list.
Did not pick up when I answered.
these people are always calling saying that they have information i need about my car, i dont own a car and never have, i am in the military and stationed overseas so they are always calling me in the middle of the night and you can never get one of thier representatives on the phone.
