Basically the same as others have stated. It claims my car is out of warranty. When I tried to call it back, it states the number has been disconnected.

Your Warranty has expired telemartker has continued to call not only my personal phone, but work lines as well. Interesting enough, I work for a telecommunications line and will be submitting their lines for termination due to abuse.

This caller id number was for received autodialer call received on MY CELLPHONE for "This is the final notice before your vehicle warranty expires..blah blah blah..."  Don't need or want this type of baloney.

Call comes to my cell. Returning the call now connects to a pre-recorded phone company "number no longer in service" message.

Got this call a few days ago from Vermont. I Did not answer the call.  I googled the number and it brought me here- seems to be on a long list of numbers with this area code (check it by typing the number into google).  Just called it and it is 'out of service'

Pretty sure the this caller id number was s****ed but received autodialer call on MY CELLPHONE for "This is the final notice before your vehicle warranty expires..blah blah blah..."  Pressed one to speak to "Cody" and demanded to speak to manager who was conventiently out of town and Cody was "manager on floor" Instructed him to NOT CALL THIS NUMBER A***N but still receiving phone calls from same Company.

I got called twice but didn't answer.  Don't know how my phone got on the list.

I'll send letters as well. It might annoy his neighbors to be be flush with so many letters that they will go knock on his door to stop his scam.

I've googled his address. It's a nice house in a nice area. I'm sending letters to everyone on his street so they all know what kind of sleeze lives next door. Hope he enjoys the stares.

They kept calling me on my cell phone; I c****ed the number, they are now calling a***n! According to 411.com the number is "owned" by: Preston Picardi, 99 N. Willard Street, Burlington, VT 05401-3316. I don't have Esurance and my warranty does not expire for another 2 1/2 years!

Calling me litterally 8 times a day. The two times I was able to get to a warm body told them to stop calling me and remove me from list. They said they would but the calls keep comming. Caller ID has also said 234567891, 702-399-5868802-651-6889, etc.

I got the call on my temporary cell phone on 07/10/08 - The only company I had given that number to was Esurance, to get a price quote on car insurance. my guess is that Esurance sells the numbers to this company.

Missed call on my cell phone, traces back to a number in Vermont. After reading some of the other complaints I figured it could be related to the fact that the Warranty on my 2001 BMW 500i ran out. If you receive this call please note what model car you have and the warranty status for comparison purposes. It will help to track down who sold our personal information with or without our consent. There are several websites for "auto solutions" on Google. One of them happens to be "autosolutions.net performance accessories for BMW's". Is this just coincidence? The others deal with auto warranties.

Received this number as a missed call on my cell phone. I didn't recognize the number and did a reverse look up on bigyellow.com. The number (that could be s****ed)is owned by a Preston Picardi in Burlington, VT. If this person/business contacts me a***n I will attempt to get an address where I can mail a notarized cease communications letter via certified mail. If they contact me after the letter has been received, other than to tell me that they received my letter, I will sue them up to $1000.00 per incident.

called @6:15pm PDT on my AT&T cell, that I've had only 3 weeks. (the number is new and not "recycled") I missed the call but the "caller" did not leave a message on my VM. Attempts to return only give me number has been disconnected msg. This is the second one of these I've gotten from Vermont in 2 weeks. These crooks need to be tracked down and locked away where the don't shine!!!

Auto Warranty scam. The boiler room worker claimed to be in AZ despite the phone number.

Calling me regarding an auto warranty scam numbers times. attempts to call the number back fail with a number not in service error.

I have received numerous calls from this number to my cell phone. attempts to call the phone back gives me a phone out of service error.

Called my cell on 7-11-08 no message, return calls lead to either a disconnect message or an all circuits busy loop. I believe we have all visited a common website and have listed the number called on an application or account submission. We need to try to pinpoint just which site is being hacked for/leaking info to this company....reverse lookup revealed the same info as a previous post concerning Preston Picardi and an address in Burlington,VT.According to a google search Preston Picardi is a writer and has numerous published articles. One of his articles, under my own****umption, has upset someone in a position to need a phone and to hide their number and this guise has been used in retaliation. If you're sick of this call, I recomend listing your 3 most visited sites the 2 days prior to the call. I know I'm tired of them....my last 3 were`YOU TUBE,MY****E,and GOOGLE. There are enough of us here to figure this out.

I may have a number from Georgia but I currently reside in California. I got the call at 8:09AM PST. I don't know why they're calling me or how they got my number, but this needs to STOP.

This is not telemarketing. But is some sort of scam. Obviously, the federal government is not to concerned about the welfare of its citizens. If this problem persists(scamming calls from bogus numbers) mabye we should rally together to MAKE the government address the problem. This is a crime.
