SCAM. Bot phishing for financial info. Block this number. It is an automated thing - not even a human being. It tries to scare you into "cancelling" a "billing" that "will be charged to your 'bank account or plastic card'... at some point in the coming days. If you don't answer - it WILL NOT leave a message (because that would tip you off).
