Tried calling back "out of service" spammer

called in Spanish selling phone cards. scam.

Called my cell phone and spoke in Spanish only. called number back several times and it said that number was not in service. it originated in Vermont.

Same - not in service - interesting that i seem to get more spam phone calls on my Tmoble cell phone than any other service provider - do they sell phone numbers to justify lower cost service??

I called back and it said the subscriber I've dialed is not inn service and to call a***n later? WHO IS THIS????
