Calling me litterally 8 times a day.  The two times I was able to get to a warm body told them to stop calling me and remove me from list.  They said they would but the calls keep comming.  Caller ID has also said 234567891.  Got two more calls this morning.

We keep getting their calls both on our home phone and cell phone.  They called 2-4 times everyday, it is very annoying.We have been collecting their phone numbers and storing them to our phone, so when we see these numbers, never will answer them.  Anyway we don't answer phone calls anymore.

They've called me multiple times, at least once a day for 2 or 3 weeks now. It's driving me nuts. Here are 4 numbers I've recorded:319-758-7205718-670-0200802-848-7489704-824-1393

Repeated jack*** calls from 832-231-4493 and 802-848-7489 on my cell phone (my nickel)amd car warranty **** on our cell phone and land phone.  It never ceases.  Since we are retired we have time to cause ****** harm to them.   Will call T-Mobile or suing creepy callers might be fun. As I am sitting in front of my computer, my cell phone rang on 7-11-08 at 11:10 am about my "car warranty" and I called 802-651-6889.  Told "her" to remove my number or I would call Attorney General in Texas.

To Vermont,I got the phone calls too.  They kept calling at my cell from different phone numbers. You said that you blocked it.  How did you do it???

Caller ID reads Vermont Call. It is a Telemarketer. I blocked it.

They have moved on to faking the origin of the phone number that is calling - they called my blackberry  from 660-286-2666 (which is a disconnected number!). The same people called my bosses' blackberry number from 802-848-7489 the day before.

Just called me on my cellphone. Same pre-recorded BS about 2nd notice that my car's warranty might be expired.  Gee, I think it might be, since it's 20 yrs old. I pressed "2" to be removed from their list.  *Click* .. who knows if that made any difference?

Got a got from this number.  Told be some BS about my car warranty.  Pressed the "1" to speak with someone.  No one answered and the call was disconneced.  This is the fourth time they do this.  This is really getting on my nerves.

Just got a call. Didnt answer. Knew it was some Bull so instantly put the number in and found this site. So what exactly can they do if they are trying to get personal info. Just by dialing your number? Or would you have to talk to someone  who would try to run game? It would be cool if someone can answer this for me?

Called my cell phone.  I never answer numbers I don't recognize.  Maybe if there were harsher penalties for hackers, iden***y thieves and people committing fraud this wouldn't be such an issue....

Thanks for everyone's comments on this site.  It's a great way to check an instrict that the call (802-848-7489) is a fraud.  Creative call . . . Recording first with "This is the second call..." with press 1 to follow-up.  When I said I googled and discovered the caller to be a fraud, he abrubtly ***g up.

I WILL NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION....PERIOD!  CALLED AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN ANSWER!  SENT ME TO A ****** MUSIC HOLD!  ***G UP AFTER 1:32.  THEN I FOUND THIS SITE TO FIND OUT WHO THEY ARE.  ****S!

These people (8028487489) called my cell phone, but I refused to accept the call. I googled the phone number and found this site.The last time (and only time) I filed a complaint with the FTC, I put in as much information as I  could. Three months later I got a snail mail letter from the  FTC saying I didn't have enough information for them to act on. I have to wonder, since I do know just as you can get temporary email addresses, some companies provide temporary phone numbers for a limited period of time (hours, days, weeks, months).  Great for those folks who don't want certain calls to show up on their home phone or their cellphone bills. These telemarketers could be using these "temporary" numbers, just as some email scammers / spammers use other peoples email addresses.Bob

Just got a call from 1-802-848-7489 and did not pick up. Upon calling the number back it will ring once with the message "All circuits are busy now." I called back 3 times with the same result.

I've just received a call from this number:802-848-7489.A voice-recording in female voice said "this is a second reminder" that I am driving a vehicle without warranty. "Press '1' to speak to **X, Press '2' to be removed from the follow-up list". So, I pressed '1' to see what's up with them - but ***ody talked since then and there was silence. So, I **** up and called the number, but the call was then disconnected. Well, I don't even own a vehicle.There you go - probably a spam or scam.

I didn't answer it, fearign it would be another warranty call.  Geesh I have been getting these calls for months.

Same as everyone else.  This about the 10th or 11th time I have had a call from this company.  I never answer the cell phone if it is not a number I know.  Someone has us pegged on their call list, and that ****s :(  I hate solicitors!

It is totally amazing to me that these so called "phone companies" we pay good money can't put a stop to this ****. Believe me, I am not so pleasant to these creeps.

This is most definitely a vishing scam. Give NO information. Just **** up.

got a call from this number. let it go to voice mail. it was an automated call tree talking about car`s. i dont own a car. ***

Got a call from 802-848-7489 about my warranty. Totally bogus. Transfered me to another gentleman, I said I would have to call back and he gave me the number of 866-925-1783 ext: 307, not affiliated with my car company, would not give me any info about the company, and he did not know anything about my warranty which happens to have another 20,000 miles on it. He stated that he would need to verify my registration info when I called back and that they operated on Central Standard U.S. time. DO NOT GIVE ANY OF YOUR INFO TO THESE PEOPLE!

I just did some more research and I am not happy to report that this may just be the beginning with this. Supposedly when you s**** getting these calls, they call several times a week. If you ask to be taken off their list, they **** up on you, but the calls continue. If you ask what company they are, they **** up, but the calls continue. If you ask to speak with a supervisor, they **** up but the calls continue. Good luck everyone.

Someone also called me from this number on my cell: 802-848-7489.  So****ing about the warranty on my car about to expire...ok? I s****ed to question the person who was telling me about my so called warranty such as what car he's talking about and he just ***g up on me.  As far as I know, I have no such warranty this company, and even then I know I still have plenty left on my "car."
