A male caller called my cellphone stating that he was calling from the Illinois Department of Health to conduct a "survey regarding smokers". He asked if I had any other telephone number where I could be reached. When I told him that I had another landline telephone number that I do not give out, he said, "We are looking for people who only have a cellphone for the survey". The caller was polite, but there was no way to verify if it was a legitimate survey call.

Have not answered. Call late. No message.

So annoying! They call late at night and insist on doing a pointless survey. They leave a voicemail all the time too.

They do surveys and I asked them to take me off the call list but refuse to do so.
