Claimed to be GeekSquad and that I had a $499 paid invoice!

Sent email with a $499 charge for Geek Squad. Called number listed, wanted me to enter in a "cancelation code into my browser". Tried to say this was canceling the fraudulent charge. Refused to transfer me to support team or provide any verification that this was a verifiable service.

Rec'd a Geek Squad Security email for an auto renewal for $499 saying it was autorenewed and paid.

Received email about being charged a renewal for $499 for geek squad

Obviously a scam

I received an invoice and was directed to download a do***ent to cancel on my home computer

Sent an email saying a plan renewal for Geek Squad for $499.00 would appear on my account. Total bs.
