Also received a call from this supposed person. The message also stated that I was a person of interest and this was a Conrad (either****urance or insurance agency).  There was no mention of whether this was about collecting a debt which is required by federal law.  I am going to notify the NY State Attorney General's office as this violates both NY State law and the Federal Debt Collections Act.  I have saved the message on my voicemail as evidence.  They are required to inform you that this is an attempt to collect a debt at the beginning of a call and they are not able to represent themselves as so****ing other than what they actually are.

i just recieved the same call i live far away from s.c or n.c. wherever the call originated from it was arlene and i needed to have my lawyer contact that office a conrad and s****stein. someone let me know if this is a scam or what

Same thing only it was the attorney general and they were going to arrest me but what is scary is that they have my S.S number and other personal information

Arline Conrad called and said she was with inforcement at some law firm and that I was a person of intrest and that me, or my lawyer should call back within the hour. It was so****ing else she said but I did not pay any attention as I had a feeling so****ig was not right.  Why would any for law called you to inform you that you are going to have a warrent out.  I just told her to do what she had to do and ***g up.  It's been over an hour and have heard nothing back from her.

Called and said she (Arline Conrad) was with inforcement and I needed to call her by end of business day today. I asked her why she was calling from an 803 area code? She soft s***d her way to nowhere. I asked if this is federal and and a***n she softs***d her way to nowhere. Her number is 803-692-6265. This is either a Scam or a collection agancy. Either way, she sounded for real about the warrent being issued. Such ****.....

I REC'D A CALL AT WORK IT WAS SENT TO MY VOICEMAIL.  IT WAS FROM AN ARLENE DEPT 4015 SAYING I WAS A PERSON ON INTEREST AND THAT MY LAWYER MUST CONTACT THEM BY THE END OF THE DAY.  JUST GLAD TO KNOW I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE RECEIVING CALLS LIKE THIS.

I received a call from someone who said they were inforcement. I had never even been close to N.C. and I called the N.C. and they informed me that I did not have a attachment or a warrant out for my arrest. I also received a call like this a few months back and had the same problem.

the caller called said that i were under investigation and i were a person of interest. That were going to be arrested and that either i or my retained attorney to call by the end of business to day.

I received a voicemail on my work phone on 1/27/2009 at ll:34 a.m. from Arline Conrad, department 4015 supposedly a division of Alexa & Calloway (or so****ing like that.)  This individual indicated I was "a person of interest," and that either I or my retained attorney needed to call by the end of business day that day.  I was on vacation and did not get the message until 2/2/2009.  Needless to say nothing happened.  Thanks for the information I had a feeling this was a scam.
