Real motivation of call unknown, but they present themselves as a health insurance company with a "special enrollment period." There's no such thing. Enrollment periods are set. They are particularly slimy by ending the call with "be healthy and blessed," and an option to "press 2 to be placed on our do not call list." Pressing 2 will only****ure you will continue to be called. They are thieves.
