this people im not sure who they are keep calling maybe ten times a day everyday and i speak to them once and telling me that i dont have right to know why they calling us and i explain to them tahat i am making payment on my bills on time more than the minimum payament and they asking me to pay them for their mistake...now were in the bad credit score becouse of them ...becouse of the 6 dollars past due never know what is for

Not really too sure why I am being called. I set up automatic billing, and after I had about 15 dollars left on my bill they stopped billing my account. These people are evil and should be reported for their foul practices and horrible calling procedures, especially for $15.00.

I answered the phone at about 1005. I told them I had filed a complaint with "Do not call" registry and did they want me to do it a***n. The number they were calling is unlisted and not given to them by us. The phone went "click."

Our home phone number is unlisted and was never given to this caller because of needed privacy. If they keep calling I may a***n c****e the number. No one answered when the phone was picked up. However, I informed them that number was listed with National Registery and not to call it a***n.

I'm working with this company and even they can't figure out why this number keeps calling my husbands cell number. I have asked them different times now not to call that number call the home phone number instead they call the home number and then **** up and call my husbands cell number and it is getting to be a real pain! they have get to stop calling that number.

Keep calling and when I answer, there is no one there. Have tried to call this nmber back, and it states, "all agents are currently busy, please hold for the next avaiable rep." I have tried later in the evening, and I get a precorded message, with no identification of the company or who the number belongs to, states that the corporate office is closed, and you will have to call back at another time. who over is calling from this number, calls about every 30-45 min. and the same number keeps coming up on the phone. I have even tried to take the phone off of the hook, and as soon as I put it back on, "BOOM", it rang, and there was that number a***n.

Continously calls, but never leaves a message. When trying to call the number back, put on hold, but there is no ***le with the number that I call. It just states, to please hold. They will call a least 4-5 times a day.

We get as many as 10 calls a day from this number. There is never anyone there when we answer, just a recording asking us to hold. From the complaints listed below, I guess it is Citi or someone pretending to be Citi. We have never had accounts with them and have had this phone number for years. They call at all times of the day and night. This has to be illegal.

Citi has called my wife's cell phone a***n. They told me the number would be removed from their com****r and we would not receive any more calls. THAT WAS A LIE. We still do not have an account or loan with Citi Financial and we still don't know the person who they are trying to reach. When I called them a***n to get this taken care of, once a***n they gave me a run around and put me on hold for an eternity. Then transferred me to a manager (John King), only to get his voice mail. I left him a message and he never called me back. I will file another complaint with the Fed. Trade Comm.

The Number is for Citi Bank. They keep calling my wife's cell phone, looking for someone else. We have told them the person they are looking for is not at this number. But yet they continue to call. They said they would remove the number from their list, but they said it would take 24 hours.

The call me on an average of 14 times a day regarding a RTG account. I requested for them to stop calling and only use written correspondance, they laugh at me and **** up! I thought there were laws that are put into place to stop this type of abuse?

I have an attorney working on trying to get CitiFinancial to work with me due to a setback in my family situation. They have called my employer even though they've been told to contact the attorney and are threatening to garnish my wages. These people will NOT work with you when there is a problem. They only want you to borrow more money on top of what you can't afford now. They will also resort to using their cell phones to call so you will not know it is them.

This is a law firm. The number above is Citi Financial. We finally took the number off caller ID. When they call we receive a recorded message that states to hold the line for a very important message from Citi Financial. Then the line goes dead. So we called the number today and was told that until we get more information on the call they couldn't guarantee the calls would stop. HOW DO YOU GET INFORMATION FROM A RECORDING? I informed her to discuss this with someone higher up, give them our number and remove it from their call list regardless of why they are calling. If it is so****ing we need to look in to to write us a letter. We'll see how this goes but I have feeling it's not going to go well for Citi Financial.

The operator stated she wanted me to pay the bill over the phone and wanted personal information. I felt it was invasive and thought she should have all my info if I had taken a loan with them. I asked her for their website and they said it is not set up. Seems su****ious. I got another call and we ***g up. No more calls after asking their employee number and their social security number. DO NOT GIVE any personal info - none. We need to be careful from crazy 'supposed' Citibank.....

Calls every 1.5 hrs very annoying

They are looking for a family member that they say used our phone # as their contact #. They are going to TRY to remove my # from their record but would like another # to replace it. I refused so they are going to see if they can help me. The customer service # they gave me doesn't work unless you actually have an account or are willing to give your SS#.

This is a debt collector for Citi...They called me several times and I don't even have any sort of account with them. I called them back and the lady I talked to looked up my social security number and said that they are mistakenly dialing the wrong number. Pests!

3 calls/day for the last 3 months... you do the math. If you don't answer, sometimes a voicemsg is left regarding CitiFinancial mumbo-jumbo. If you answer you get automatic msg, or ****-up, OR a person asking for some random name. They can be rude and being rude back doesn't resolve anything.

I gave them my work phone for refferrence. They hace my cell. I signed a payment agreement with them on the grounds that they would remove my work phone from their records. They promised they would. They *****ed up my account and want me to fix it. After making payment arrangements with them they continue to cal you on all number back to back. Even if you are paying on time. I have confirmed with several of the agents that it is an automatic dialer they see the notes of my payment arranfements but they continue to call. I am doing research now to sue.

I missed the first payment and the first time citibank called I made the payment right then over the phone. Since then, in 2 weeks they have called me over 30 times. Each time it's either a recording that ****s up on me, or a person who says "oh, sorry, the computer shouldn't have called you". I called to complain and they admitted having problems with the auto-dial system, but told me they couldn't do anything about it.

This is the 3rd web site that is reporting the same phone calls from the same number. It's either a collections company or a scam. They call my cell but are never there when I do pick up. Normally it stops ringing after 4 or 5 rings.

They call day and night. Today they have called like 10 times. They also call to my mom's house. She and my dad told to them that we just don't live there. I got married 2 years ago and I don't live with them since. They're calling form my husband to my parent's house every hour possible. Tuesday, some guy with Argentinian accent called them. Why they don't leave messages on answering ma****es. They should know they're doing so****ing illegal.

This number called me and called me. Most of the time when these people call they leave me a voicemail, including a name and number where to reach them at. This number did not, which really drew red flags with me. I have had a problem with CitiBank so it would not surprise me if this was them.

These people - NCO Financial Inc. - are some of the WORST in the collections industry. This number belongs to CITIFINANCIAL. They keep calling you a ***dred times even if you are a minute past due date. Never ever deal with CITIFINANCIAL or anything under their ***nd name. To pay the amount due, we have to pay $15 as transaction fees. In their own words - you have the option to pay $15 as transaction fee or pay $39 as late charge fees. By the way they call $15 as courtesy fees and thats a big joke. Never ever go with no interest equal monthly payment option. You may or may not receive your first month bill but for sure you will receive your second month bill with late charge fees of $39. They are trying to recover the ******llion mortgage write off by all means. They are already in mud and digging themselves deep further with such a nasty customer service. Blame it on the government too, they are the first to rescue these banks.

I returned these calls several times and all they wanted to do was varify mine or my husbands social security numbers, sounds like some sort of scam, I am also on the no call list, when speaking to their rep, she told me to go ahead and report these calls she was almost threatening me to do so, I granted her threat...keep calling and I will grant your wish everytime....

Having the same problem as every one else, it some kind of a game to the person on the other end of the line when you do get some to talk to they are rude and very nasty telling you to pay your bill or they wouldn,t be calling,It they was a class action suit a***nst these collection agency or who are they are they would stop.My identify was stolen and I had more problem then a little with these jack leg people.Try to explain to the them you did not create the bill and all you get is a lot of phone calling 2 or more every other hour. and How about some law firm calling S****s and Clinton in Ala. other collecion agency who you cannot talk to a person they call after closing or during normal business hour our on hold for hours.

I keep getting calls from them, despite 2 previous conversations to remove the number called(a work number).  I will be requesting our legal team to file a cease and desist a***nst them and sue them for harrrassment if they keep it up.

I also have been getting calls from this number.  I let my computer handle their calls a**** a bunch of others.  I use a FREE program called "CALL ALERT" and the it does require that your computer have a modem that handles Caller-ID information from the ohone company.  The only draw back I have found with this program is that it will not work on phones that are VIOP like Vontage or via your local internet provider.I have been using this program for several years now and it works great.  You will need to reboot your system once in a while and you must leave the program running in the back ground when you log off.  Just tell your OS to switch users instead of logging off and it should work fine.

I have been getting repeated calls from this number.  When I pick up, no one is there.  I have read the comments linking this number to Citibank.  I have an account but I am not past due.  How do you make these calls stop?  I signed up to have telemarketing calls blocked but I guess this doesn't fall under this because I do have an account with this company.  I just wish someone would say so****ing.

I got my 16 year old daughter a cell phone for her birthday and she continues to get calls from these people asking for a Maurice.  It appears Maurice turned in his cell phone number and lucky us we got it.  The continually call and ask for him and they **** up when we tell them they have the wrong number.  Lucky me.
