Recieved a message that my EBT food card is locked. I don't have an EBT card. The 803 area code is not in my state.

This is a scammer. They sent me a text, asking that I call them to unblock my EDB card. I don't an account with the state and I am not on public****istance. This is disgraceful they are targeting people on****istance!

i think this is a scam number. They texted they were from county benefits but the area code is North Carolina and i live in CA
