My partner was getting 3 & 4 day, but they dont ring to his line. it goes directly to voice mail. he always pays his card at least 2 weeks out, and owes less than half his max, so he jst kept ignoring, I told him what if someone has opened a card in his name (he is recently divorced...) so he called, they apologized and put him on their do not call list.. next day the calls continue, so he calls again, the apologize and say they will block all calls to him, and the calls continue, they guarantee that they wont call again... and the calls continue... idiots

Very annoying I have ask them to stop calling because I don't have & have never had a Capital One account. They say they'll take my name off the list, they say they will, but they never do.

Annoying… Linda recording - she sounds like a sumo wrestler that smokes (no joke). She calls 15 times a day (literally). I'm only 5 days late (due to being laid off) - very first time I've been late EVER with them. I even told them the payment was being sent in to them in a few days…. Not a good way to keep a customer… Capital One calls from 804-217-7156 and 866-929-5306 and 866-381-0453 and 813-274-1837 (all the same recording with a Linda name)

They call day and night and will not stop. I only have 5 more payments to make on this credit - once done will never borrow again from Capital One or any of its associates.

My capital one account is current, but I keep getting 3-4 calls per day from this number.I finally called them back and told them to cease all future calls. I was told that they could not unless I provided them with my 16 digit capital one credit card number. I advised them that they could stop by the calls by using my phone number. They lied and said they couldn't.

These called me 20 plus times on Sat. Nov 27th 2010 & again on Sun Nov 28, 2010, they started at 9am and went all the way until 9pm.

They "claim" to be Capital One. The first thing they ask for, is your credit card number. DON'T give it to them!! If they were really Capital One, then they would give you the number.
