i got call from this number there was no answer nothing but it was clear someone was holding open line

Got two calls within 30 minutes. First call I picked up but no one answered and I listened for 55 seconds with no live voice responding.Second call asked me if I spoke Spanish and ***g up on me when I responded no. Clearly they are going after the Hispanic population. My last name could be Spanish or French and we seem to be targeted by these kind of marketers. I might add that we are on the do not call list.
