804-234-9068 called and claimed to be some credit card verification, but couldn't prove it. F em!If the credit card co. was calling  - they would call from a number your could verify.SCAMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Makes repeated daily calls to my listed DO NOT CALL NUMBER.

Get many calls from 804-234-9068 and when you answer a recording says: All of our operators are currently busy, please stay on the line for the next available operator.  I wait -- nothing happens and I **** up.

Keep getting calls from this number. Do not answer unidentifable numbers

I've been getting calls from this number for the past few days and every time I answer they do not say anything and then **** up. Very Frustrating for you phone to keep ringing for NOTHING!!

I received a phone call early in the morning looking for someone that I have no clue who that person is, I don't have any accounts with Capital One, and my number is registered with DNC I asked the person to speak with a sup/w and he refused

They s**** around 8am AND CALL ALL DAY, EVERY DAY.  THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE.  i HAVE A cAPITAL ONE ACCOUNT BUT AM UP TO DATE WITH PAYMENTS, SO I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I WOULD BE GETTING THESE CALLS NOR HOW THEY COULD GET MY CELL PHONE NUMBER, I CERTAINTLY DIDN'T GIVE IT TO THEM.

i looked around and found that this company has a few numbers they like 2 harass u with and i found this advice (I asked the Better Business Bureau.  They said to call the Attorney General, Do Not Call Registry at: 888-382-1222.  File a complaint is very easy.  Only takes a couple of minutes.  It is all automated.)

They have called several times a day and do not leave a message.  These idiots are calling my Cell and they are ****ing me off

I don't have a cap one card either and they keep calling my cell phone. I just don't answer because I don't know anyone in that area code. I just googled the number this morning and found this. And how did they get my cell number?

I don't know why Capitol One would be calling me for collections, I don't even have their card

i got call from this number every single day at least 2 x day.Very irritating,They left messages from my answering ma****e as person's name thats it.

They called here this morning at 8:20!!!!! We didn't answer, (but that's a lousy time to be having the phone ring), and they left no message. Since we have no reason to be hearing from ANY kind of collection agency, as this apparently seems to be from the earlier posts, I'm really mad. If I get even one more phone call from them, I'm reporting them to the FCC as I did with an earlier number. Will look up the details later and post back here, but mainly, for future recipients, don't even bother trying to get in touch with these people; file a complaint with the FCC.  (One unfortunate thing I suspect is happening, is that like a virus that mutates, they just keep c****ing their phone numbers. When you look up other posts for other numbers, you find many, many complaints about "Capital One" if that's even their real name. They're sort of the "swine flu" of the telemarketing industry.)
