Man said he was collecting money to return the service for veterans for the VA. I declined****isting as the info he did not identify himself or his specific charity.

The call came unexpectedly. I was sitting at my desk when suddenly my phone s****ed ringing. When i answered the only noise to greet me was the same ringing noise as if i was calling someone else. The ringing after 5 or so seconds stopped. I was greeted then by a average male voice saying "Hello?" Then the call went back to ringing for about a second or 2 before disconnecting.
