A female voice stated " this is "first name?" calling on a recorded line. .."This is an obvious ROBO call for 2 reasons: This number is not an****igned number; this number was obviously trying to be "official" soundingby stating that it was "on a recorded line". Likely a telemarketer or someone masquerading as a government office. The caller called 2 times in rapid succession... the first call was bounced by our carrier.
