Leave a CommentYou must be one of the crooks working this scam. If any of your intended victims are unfortunate enough to answer your call, the best thing to do is send you to a voicemail black hole. No need to bother saying no, and certainly no need to "thank" the scammer for trying to steal your company's time and money. If all of their intended victims did this they would wither away in no time.No honest financial services company will cold call you these days. Only scammers do that.
U guys are amazing, u dont want to waste ur companies time? are u kidding me...wow, get over yourselves and be mature and say no thanks. I dont even work there but u busy workers really cant spend two seconds saying no thanks then to b*tch online...wow, ur companies are so proud to have such good workers?!?! Try to say no thanks, then turn off facebook and google sear****g ur ex girlfriends or significant others and really try and do some work....your lucky anyone is calling to try and help you to begin with....and another then u cubicle sheep, just because you order a diet drink doesnt make it ok to up size everything else.PS have fun with inflation and taxes in the next few yrs, im sure your precious companies will really try and help you "plan" a better way to save then to dump it all in a pretax account especially when they s**** taking away your company match. While ur at it, buy some gold bars and hold on to those during this double dip and see well Kroger or Martins does with breaking that bar and giving u c****e back.GET OFF UR PEDESTAL PEOPLE!
Got a ***ue call last night on my work voice mail from Scott ***ton at Sagepoint who****umed I was away from my desk - ******...thought at first it might be a vendor, then googled and found this. Thanks. Caller ID 804-423-1816, left call back number 800-250-8256.
While I would agree that it is not a "scam." It is intrusive and unethical to make unsolicited calls to people at their place of employment. This is essentially business to business theft since I spent about 20 minutes of my company's time listening to the voice mail and then resear****g who the heck SagePoint is. Like many on here I****umed it was a legit vendor that is part of our supply chain. I was honestly expecting Sagepoint to be a software vendor. I don't think I want to do business with anyone who has no regard for my employer's time and expense! I for one and glad this site is here!
SagePoint is not a scam. The callers are Financial Advisors seeking clients to****ist with retirement funds. Maybe if YOU CLOWNS researched a little you would know this. Probably why most of you dont know how to invest and you are on a road to clear disaster when it comes to managing your money. As a client, I personally know the benefits of working with this company.
Call from 804 w/ callback number 804.272.2443 to my 757 number. Same time zone. 8:04 PM from Josh ****ner (sp?) Sagepoint. S****ed w/ "you must be away from your desk". No kidding. Cold calling voice mail at work to get around the do not call lists. Clever, though I wonder how many people actually call back.
I also got a call from this company. I believe it was because I just bought a car and since my home phone is on the DO NOT CALL list, they called me at work.
I had this same call about 4 yrs ago and thought the same thing. I then did some research and actually met Scott and he is now handling my 401K and doing a great job. He is legit
"Aaron Gibbs from Sage Point in Richmond" hit me up with an unsolicited call today at work and left me a voicemail. Won't be calling him back at 272-2443
Alex Robinson called me at work today. Never heard of Sage Point until I searched the web. No idea how he got my work number. I hardly ever publish it!
Alex Robinson called and said he was with Sagepoint. Asked that I return his call at 272-2443. Like Bert, I do not know this person, so I googled Sagepoint and found this page. Thank you for being here.
Alex Robinson called...left ***ue message for me to call him back...I don't know him, no business with him. Google led me here. Thanks for the very informative site!
Clint Rhodes from Sagepoint called my work number, message said he was from Richmond (which is close to me and I have alot of vendors from there). I called back and got a recorded message. I googled and found this site.
