caller used 603-856-0338, but same scam......beware, "This is a scam".

they call me and said owe them money if notpaid they would take me to court

I received a call from a restricted number,when I answered they asked if I was ___________ I said yes and the caller (Chris Clark) informed me that SOMEONE filed a court case a***nst me and a subpoena was going to be issued. When I began asking questions the caller stated he could not discuss my case and that I needed to call 804-316-9075 to discuss my case. I told him this did not make any sense if you are calling me about a case you should be prepared to discuss it. I informed him this area code he gave me is not even a Texas area code. He explained that this is an area code for Richmond Va. and the name of the organization is Judicial Support Bureau. I advised him that Richmond Va would have no reason to be subpoenaing me and this sounds like some type of collection agency which he did not comment to. I ***g up with him and called the number Johnathon Wash) and only provided my name to which this investigator could not pull me up in the computer which led me to believe it was some kind of hoax.when I advised him Va.had no jurisdiction over me in TX he advised they were a nationwide organization to which I then asked for the TX phone number and I would speak with them. Mr. Wash advised that TX office was not handling my case to which I replied he had 30 sec to find me in the computer and give me more info before I ***g up. He told me it wasn't his problem it was mine and I was going to be the one subpoenaed and not him and that he was only there to help me avoid this action to which I replied I will be waiting for the subpoena and ***g up.

My mother got a call too... it must be a scam. she does not leave the house, could not have anyone putting a restraining order a***nst her....she cant leave the house.

I rec'd a message from a Melvin Hill saying he was a special investigator and I had a complaint a***nst me. He left a affadavit number and inform that me and my attorney was to contact him within 24 to 48 hours to oppose the matter. Well as for this caller ,he's the one that will be scam. Cause I don't have anything to give them!!!

Received call from 804-316-9075 from a "Sharon Slater" with message to call regarding cas #. Returned call and went to answering service for "Judicial Process Bureau". Spoke with male and advised they had the wrong #. They were actually looking for a friend of mine. This is a scam people. They are fishing for personal info in order to commit iden***y fraud. Do not give these people any info and advise them that you are contacting the Richmond VA DA's office with all information.

. got a call from special investigator samantha dowell on my work phone. she said she was from empire specialized investigations in the****ett authority division. she told me i was in the process of being sued by bank of america for a loan that i defaulted on. she said she done a search of my****ets and wanted to discuss the results of what she found make sure they were accurate. said she was hired by bank of america but would only submitt information that was 100 percent truthful because most times it was used for testimony in court and evidence and if she was on the stand she didnt want to be speaking for the record and lie. told her sure not a problem. she verified my personal info and it was correct. she knew my everything correct down to the exact orice i paid for my home its current value money i put into it. it amazed me how much one could find out. at the end of the call she said i would be receiving a summons for court and that i should show up or they could place a default judgement a***nst me. she was very pleasant and calm but i am not at all happy about having o go to court.
