Suntrust is one horrible company. I got a car loan through them about 2 years ago. Never skipped a payment, yet they call us every month s****ing on the 1st of the month, till they get their payment within a few days. The payment is not due till the 15th, but it's nonstop calling. About 4 times a day. What's wrong with the people in this company? Luckily we can block their number, but even those 2 rings that we have to hear, drive us nuts!

When ever this number calls it says it is trying to connect someone with me and then says it was unsuccessful.  I do have a Suntrust car loan though and this is the first time that I've used my grace period and I have never made a late payment.

I have a car loan with Suntrust, and like the others I have 15 days grace period, and I use it, because of the way I get paid. I've NEVER been late with a payment. They seem to call every month. I could see it if my payment is late. This is so aggravating !!!! I just don't answer when a name doesn't show on the I.D.

I'm****uming it's Suntrust calling for payment on auto loan.  Like other posts have stated, they give you a 15 day grace period but s**** calling within 5-6 days of due date.  I will NEVER apply for a loan with Suntrust a***n!!!

Got a call from this number. They offer a 15 grace period and call in 6 days. Never have a been past the grace period. They are a pain (suntrust)

Receive atleast 2 to 3 calls a day with no message nor a voice on the other end.

I didn't answer, but saw Suntrust. I have a car loan with them and they offer a grace period, so I use it. I've never had a late payment, yet I get this hassel call every month wanting to know when I'm going to make a payment. I've quit answering when I don't recognize the number.
