I have a voicemail on my phone where she states her name and says she is with "FBI". i called back and she said SCI loud and clear. she knows what she did. i listed to my voicemail at least 50 times and let everyone listen to it and everyone agrees with me. thats misrepresenting yourself. and she had a HORRIBLE at***ude. when i simply asked WHAT debt i could possibly have she didnt know what she was talking about. horrible at***ude.

not only fraud--they were sued-now goes by name of Smarrt Collections

I reported them to the Police Department because they are a fraud. I too called them back to see if I could speak with someone and she yelled and cursed at me. Once I told her I was going to report them to the Poilice, she was a little nicer and asked if I was "first middle last" name and I said no. My address did not match what she asked me as well. She just said, well I guess we have the wrong person and ***g up.

I just received a call from someone at Nextran or nexcare by the name of Stuart. This man s****ed to quiz my babysitter about all the phone numbers of my wife and me. She told him that she can't give out that info and he s****ed to get really nasty with her. I'm glad she had sense to ****up on that fool.

I called nextran which is a collection agency to let them know they were calling the wrong number 6 times to find John Doe Christy was the girls name on the phone i spoke with i was asked do i know Jon doe and all i said was no and she said okay well if you would have called six times ago this would not have happened and went bad from there i called back to see if i could speak with the manager and was told "you dont know me i told you goodbye dont call up here with no mess" i was shocked i could not believe that someone is allowed to scream and yell like that and still have a job. this is the nastiest person and company i have ever had to deal with and that is bad i have been in the customer service business for 21 years and i would never talk to anyone like that much less someone trying to let me know i was calling the wrong number.
