the call came from 786-358-5603 ­they have been calling for the every fricken day! I returned the call to tell them to remove me from do not call list they say they are "Word Smart" and they want to offer me a software program trial period from phonics up to SATs.. what ****! they say by pressing 2 we can be removed from the database.. -- but we'll see. they've called every day all week it's harrassment!!!

They won't stop calling. When I finally picked up the phone and woman answered. Then I ***g up cause I said*****o like 10 times. They are really annoying calling me 24/7. I'm going to figure out a way to block their calls.

Dept Collection Agency Calls all the time but when you ask for thier Manager or boss or other contack info they state they are busy and can not help you but when you insist they put you on a disconect

After numerous calls to the 804 number and asking to be removed from the call list. I contacted the Sheriffs Dept. in VA. Nice people. Took the info. and called me back in a couple of hours. This number is only a switch. It is owned by a company in San Diego. The company is" Word Smart Corp.". The officer also gave me the Presidents name, David Kay and the VP Jerime McKay. Their Corp. office number is 1-858-565-8068. I also received two other number 1-800-***-9673/1-800-910-9673. Called the first one and spoke with a very nice lady. Told her the story and she removed us from the list. We will see. Good Luck to all.

how do we get these calls to stop? i am handicapped and it puts me in great physical risk to use my limited energy to answer so many calls. i am out of breath trying to get to the phone so often, my heart racing. this will **** me. please help. i am afraid to answer my phone now- HELP SAVE ME FROM THIS ******ER!!!!!

At least 8-10 calls per day....I do not answer and they do not leave a msg...very persistent and ANNOYING!

8-10 calls per week

WS Learning Center.  Two to three calls a day, only dead air when I answer, leaves no message on ma****e when I don't answer.

I just called the number back and selected to be on their do not call list. I had to key in my phone number. I hope this works

I've been getting phone calls from this number for days now and I pick up and they end the call. It's a waste of my cell minutes. These clowns are registered with the BBB. Take five minutes and make a complaint. I called them back and talked to an agent who wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor. Calls 2 to 3 times a day for the past month, when we awnser no one is on the line and no one leaves a message, how do we make it stop

I've had this number on my caller ID several times and finally decided to answer it.  At first no one spoke and I was about to **** up when someone spoke and asked for the parents of (my daughter's name) and said we had indicated an interest in SAT study materials (which I don't recall doing). I told her it wasn't a good time and she said she would call back but didn't aske when a better time would be.

Receive calls from this number multiple times a day.  They do not say anything when we answer or let the ma****e pick up.  There is no response at all.  I want these calls to stop!

When you call back, they s**** off with an apology if their call "caused any inconvenience".  Apparently, they are completely ignorant of the law.You get the options of pressing "1" to speak with someone about taking advantage of their offer or pressing "2" to add your number to their "do not call" list.Taking the second option asks you to enter your ten-digit phone number.Let's see what happens.  If they call me a***n, I'm going to see what lawyers say...

I just got a call from this number--there was ***ody on the line.  SAT prep material?  I'm a grad student--a little past the SAT stage--and my oldest son is only 10.  Where do they get the numbers to call?

I get at least four to five calls a night from this number. I let my answering ma****e take it they just **** up.

The worst salesperson I ever encountered from WordSmart/804-412-8246.  She offered me discount to one of the WordSmart packages (they have a few) and I told her I was not sure that is the one I was interested in, and needed time to check it out.  Then she s****ed berating me for not knowing what to buy.  Oh mind, telling your customer that he does not know what he is doing is surely a way to lose the business.

They have been calling three times a day for two weeks now wanting to sell SAT prep DVD's.  I've told them many times I am not interested and they still call for my daughter.

This company calls even when you tell them "im not interested"  I've told them three times already "please stop calling"  They are trying to sale SAT prep materials.  They are calling for my teenage son.

I called back and got a recording about the software trial for 30 days. We are also on the National DNC list. I went ahead and listened to the whole recorded message, around 30 seconds, and there is an option at the end to press 2 to be put on their DNC list.

They keep calling all day long.  I just don't answer.  I hope it stops

Calling asking information about do i homeschool my children and what grades level, i responded i use to, but never gave out information to any****ociation he questioned about. Trying to sell some program 20 hrs program cd rom free trial until the the 30 days is over., Not comfortable about this caller

This number has been calling 2-3 times a day. If I answer, there's no person, no computer, just dead air ****e. I called the number back and got a recording saying it's WordSmart, and if I'm calling because the number appeared on my caller ID, they apologize for any inconvenience. (!) They go on to explain they want me to try the software they're selling. I'm on the Do Not Call register. Is the dead air and caller ID a way to trick people into calling them, and claim that gets them around the DNC? They're still calling in the first place. I wouldn't do any business with anyone****ociated with them.

1-2 phone calls during day.  No answer no recordings just a dead line.  I am on national do not call registry.Searched and found phone to be based out of Ashland ******ia.  Will pursue legal options

This company calls all the time.  Many times during the weekdays, weekends.  When I answer its a recording.  When I call the number back its a recording.

My mother-in law is getting phone calls from them asking for my husband.  They called her 3 times today, and many other times. Thank goodness they don't have my number.

I continue to get a call from this number at least 10 times a day.  Since we don't answer calls and are on the do not call registry...they are not giving up and continue to keep calling.  Incredibily annoying.  I am wondering how they got my number since it is unlisted and on the do not call.
