Received a call on my cell phone, (804) 415-6913 Hopewell, VA. 'Hi, This is Jason from National Insurance Foundation'. I immediately ***g up.

Called and automated voice came on and said "No Route Found"

So I downloaded this app called "Text Now" from my smartphone, I only use this app to get a new number for shopping purposes "Coupons" while I was on my phone sear****g Google for somthing. I received a message saying that I missed a call from (804) 415-6913. Obviously no one knows I have this app! So suffice to say its spam or a very lonely person wanting to make conversation.

They called and I didn't answer. They did not leave message.

Called twice within 5 minutes left no message. Tried to call back but said the number was not available for pickup

Called me I tried to call back and it wouldn't let me. Very creepy this has happened to other people.

Called only for one dial no other attempts made

Called my 6:00 in the morning on Elections day. I did not pick up. I do not pick up unknown numbers
