After some investigation I have found that phone number 328-325-8740 belongs to an organization doing business as "Litigation Support Services", a nation-wide courier service. They were suppose to send me a parcel which they received from a company called "ARS Firm" which their records show as being in California (no further location identified in their records). I was told "ARS Firm"'s phone number is 844-593-2155 - which I called. The person at "ARS Firm" determined that I had been called from phone number 804-420-4838 in error, that my phone number had been****ociated with case VLD20863 in error, and that my phone number has now been removed from that case. I was also informed that I will no longer receive calls from "ARS Firm" concerning this "case". I hope this closes out this event. As near as I can tell it appears all calls were legitimate - but in error.

At 1:29 p.m. MST on 13 May 2015 I received a call out of Los Angeles from phone number 323-325-8740. The caller identified herself as being from a courier service that was going to deliver do***ents to my address tomorrow (14 May 2015) addressed to a " Carmen Villasenor " - a person I do not know. The caller could not tell me what the do***ents were as the caller is only an employee of the courier service. This call sounds like it might be****ociated with the call I got yes****ay from 804-420-4838 (see my previous comment sent yes****ay.).

At 1:35 p.m. MST on 12 May 2015 I received a call from 804-420-4838 on my cell phone. The call was an automated synthetic very low-quality voice notification that two "cases" had been opened a***nst my Social Security number and my name, and that those "cases" involved "fraud". The "caller" stated the name of the company/organization/business that was making the phone call but it was totally unintelligible to make out even though I listened to the recording twice. The "caller" did not give any information about the "cases" that were supposedly opened a***nst me, but did give me a "case number" ( ZLD20863 ) and instructed me to call 804-420-4838 immediately, as action had already been s****ed a***nst me and some kind of do***ents had already been sent to me - and if I received those do***ents before calling 804-420-4838 I would forfeit all my legal rights involving the "cases" that had been opened a***nst me. I called 804-420-4838 twice within 5 minutes of receiving this call. The first call was picked up by an automatic answering ma****e but was "dropped" right after the ma****e put on me on "hold". The second call also got dropped, but this time it was after the ma****e announced that it could not take any more messages. A third call to 804-420-4838 at 2:01 p.m. MST got the same results as the second one. This incident looks su****iously like spam or some other fraudulent activity.
