I have to say this was the nicest collections agency for health care agencies I have ever spoken to in my life.  The rep Stuart was pleasant, kind and just excellent in my book.I just have to say WOW>>>> Thanks.

Correction: "Christie" is the seemingly seasoned veteran of collections who has been calling us from this outfit, which is the outside-contracted collector for Tidewater, as I describe in the above postWe believe that we have been deluged by calls from Christie, albeit from a seemingly a random spate of numbers, locations, and means (landlines, residential and biz, cell phones) as she can ***homn to attemptAs many who might read this, we don't pick up any calls which caller ID as a person or en***y we don't know, and, when there's a doubt, at all, we just let it go to voicemail/ma****e/hell, based on the notion that your friends leave you messages, when they can't reach you, knowing that you'll call backChristie, I'm pretty sure, based on the timing of the calls, has used a local Richfood warehouse phone of 804-746-6000, an un-Google'able local number or 804-767-0981, a local residence which directories show as owned by DL Hawkins, 804-233-6336, a Central ******ia (Providence Forge is the town or muni****lity) residence which directoris show as owned by Kenneth Vaughn, 804-966-5672, as well as, over the course of quite a few weeks, other cell phone numbers and other untraceable landlines in an attempt to get us to pick up, so that she can facilitate the collections of a debt, so that she can personally profit...all stemming from a paid-and-THEN-clawed-back Blue Cross/Blue Shield treatment...all stemming from my being let go from a job, on the 18th of a month, insurance having been paid for on the first, only to be told that we were not covered, from the first of the month, based on my termination.THAT's more than you want or need to knowIn short, don't pick up calls that you don't recognize. That's why you're paying for caller ID

It is a collector with which Tidewater Physical Therapy contracts out their collections work. "Christine" was the person who called us. She tried to be all hizzy, with me. She has also tried to get us to pick up by calling from a variety of cell phone numbers.

This is a call, either directly from Tidewater Physical Therapy in the Central ******ia area, from their internal collections department, or, it is a call directly from the collections agency to whom Tidewater Physical Therapy refers its accounts for collections.The person who called was about the most pleasant collections person with whom I have ever had contact.
