Anthem calling about a service they provide free of charge where they****ign a coach that can help with medical questions and care, for instance I tried this with them in the past and I had just s****ed to have problems with asthma, I found out some very helpful information so even though it was not always convenient it was helpful.

It's Anthem. They want you to sign up for this medical service (At no Cost) It takes FOREVER. Don't do it!

It is Anthem Or so they say. After I told them that if I felt the need to activate the service I would do it. They then proceeded to request verification of my personal info. I ***g up. A few days later they called back and I ***g up a***n. They do not need to verify my personal info if they already have it. I do not trust them.

Anthem...... They should NEVER call early on a Sa****ay morning.... ANNOYING !!!!!!!

While looking this number up, I received a voice mail message. This is a legitimate call from Anthem Blue Cross / Blue Shield of which I am a member. What is odd is that it's not a robo-call, but a real US based human. They make these calls to members to remind them of services that you should take advantage of but have not (such as annual eye exam or some type of a medical checkup). Not spam, best thing to do is answer the call if you recognize it or call them back at the number they leave you. That will take you off their list to keep calling.

I really don't need this thing from Anthem, but they keep calling. They're not a spammer but they're ANNOYING. I have told them repeatedly I don't need this service.

Anthem Blue Cross called to inform me about a part of my health plan I am not using that is provided at no cost. They have called a number of times and don't seem to want to give up....

Asked if it was me and **** up. Next time they called, they did not leave a message and I didn't pick up.
