Scammer saying they are the irs

This is awful. Leaving a message saying "the Dept. of Treasury is filing a legal lawsuit a***nst me and there is a warrant out of my arrest." I hope these people are caught and stop.

Said they had a warrant for my arrest. Called and they said she was Alice Gilmore with the IRS. Asked for my name, I said "You called me", said let me check, came back with "Name is Julie", I said "Do I sound like a Julie?" and she ***g up. Called back and it rang busy. Called from another phone and it said "The person you are calling has not set up a mailbox, please call back later".
