I received the second call from this number in two days. Caller said his name was Ronald Thompson , was not from USA. Told me he was working in Richmond for Auto Care and that the insurance rate in my area had gone down 35%. I asked him the reduction was approved by the State Corporation Comission, Bureau of Insurance as this is the only means through it can be done. He then ***g up on me when I told him I was an Insurance Adjuster
