They called all different hours. I finally answered on behalf of my husband and advised them of the FDCA and if they have sent in writing their claim. You have 30 days from the date written notification is received to dispute the claim. Additionally, send a cease and desist from any further collection efforts until such time that a claim can be verified. cc the FTC and the FCC along with the State Attorney/Consumer Protection Agency of your state. That should shut them down. If you owe it, call the actual debtor and work out a deal. You may settle the claim with the debtor for about 50% of the bill. If not, be sure to follow up. Usually, once it is disputed they shut it down. No further collection efforts. You can actually file a small claim a***nst them in your court for brea****g the FDCR Act. Good luck!

This number is IC Systems. They are a pond s*** collection agency rude, crude and harassing. There are 4 numbers that they use listed below. The best thing to do is block them. Then a suggestion, search out your rights using Google or whatever and what they can and can not do, as well as what you can do. You can refuse to deal with them and only deal with the original creditor. But you have to send them a registered letter saying so. If they do not comply you can sue them. Read about collection agencies, how they work and who works for them. You might find it interesting that they hire anybody, including ex cons. People that thrive on power and lie, lie, lie. Calls on several lines s****ing at 8AM on SUNDAY!!! 4-7 calls a day including Cell phone. No messages and uses that obnoxious 'regarding a personal matter' excuse. REALLY??
