They keep calling me

I called back and talked to a Mrs. Sarah Jordan and she said she would not call back and would put me on the do no call list. Well, the next day and I am still getting calls. I was able to block through my phone but I am submitting a complaint through my Attorney General's Office since I am on a do not call list.

Called back, got an operator and she said she would have us added to their no contact list. But they keep calling, 4 times today. Now when I call back it puts me in the queue and then comes back and says goodbye and disconnects my call. Any suggestions? I am on the no call list.
