It is a recording but listened and pressed #3 at the end as suggested, don't call me a***n. However , they don't give a credit card company they represent and a just fishing for info about my card.

same for me I am on no call list. didnt stop them
the recorded message says they want to lower my credit card interest rate. I'm on a Do Not Call block but that doesn't stop these scammers.
