Pop-up stating they are Microsoft virus protection. I had to use task manager to close the pop-up.

They pop with a screen that says you have a Trojan virus with this number to call to get a Microsoft technician to help.

This number is a pop up scam number to call "Windows Support" when they make it look like your screen is locked. It is a false lock and a scam and needs to be dealt with.
