They sent me an email thanking me for an order for $431 for a conference table.

They wanted my account information to process a refund of $496.06 on a Norton PC Security subscription that I've never had.

I received the same email as the person above on June 22. I agree this is a phishing expedition and total scam. I did not bother to call them since my credit card was not charged.

This person (organization) is a total scam. They sent me an email confirming my order for Life Lock Security in the amount of $349.99. In addition Security for $49.99 and taxes for (10.25%) $2.06. The total was = $440.97. Their land line is 805-262-7543. I called them and they answered by "thank you for calling the cancellation line". I am reporting them for fraud.
