I called because I was given different charges for an item I ordered. He was very rude and told my husband to go to our bank account, then apps and type "anydesk". At that point, I got su****ious and told my husband to stop. This man yelled at me to stop interrupting so I ***g up on him. He called back and cursed at me.

It was on my email saying thank you for your purchase of 750 on 5 Apple EarPods from bestbuy I didn’t call number on email I called Best Buy directly different number from email which was a red flag! They said they cancelled ordered because nothing matched up ! The name on order was Ellen Oakes San Antonio Texas! Credit card number on there want money.

So my mom received an email supposedly coming from Amazon for a $700 purchase for a computer the she NEVER ordered. Same address was within the email as well (what other have said--the 15315). I decided to research this myself where that address does NOT exist to begin wtih.

We received an email stating a computer was being delivered to an address in ca. Under my husbands account. He doesn’t have an account. They called back and we played them back. Big time scammer

Confirmed order from Amazon on my account...not me!!!

This is some scammer sending out fake Amazon.com e-mails, ostensibly with a s****ed customer service telephone number. Check the sender e-mail, it did not originate from an Amazon.com domain. If there is an Ellen Oakes out there I feel really bad for her, she is not the scammer.

9/16/20 Email said I ordered a $1,199 TV and it was shipping to Ellen Oakes in Texas. Called the real Amazon number to confirm this was a Spam email. Do not call the number on the email.

A purchase was ordered in my name using my email. Was told to buy 3 (100) dollar play cards and go outside walmart to complete transactions and we would have received 300 refund in 5 minutes into my debit account. Sounded like middle eastern accent.

Received an email advising LED TV for $1100.00 was purchased by Ellen Oakes. Lady said to go take my credit card and in 15 minutes I need to purchase a $1500 gift card and they will refund the money. ***g up and called the 'real' Amazon who verified the purchase was not made.

Text as many others have received from "Amazon" claiming my a large Smart LED TV was ordered. I immediately sent it to spam. SCAMMERS!

Received email supposedly from Amazon stating that I had ordered $3,999 LG Nan 9 Serious 4K Smart LED TV to be delivered to Ellen Oakes, San Pedro, San Antonio Texas with current pending charge of $1,999. Called Amazon. Customer service checked out accounts and notified of no such action.
