I actually talked to a human being this time. The guy said they were collecting money for disabled veterans and their families. I told him I was on the National Do Not Call Registry and that I never donate over the phone. I said if he had literature he could mail me I'd be happy to look at that and make my donation decision based on that. He thanked me for listening to him and ***g up. For one of those strange calls it was actually pretty cordial.
