I received this call on 12-08-09 from this man name Sam Waltz,at my job.  He had a very heavy indian accent.  He told me that I was being sued.  I took his name and number and told him that I would call him back. I called him around 2pm and asked for Sam waltz and he mumbled so****ing about him not being there.  He kept tranfering the call.  Finally I spoke to Frank Jefferson and he told me I was being sued from Instant cash for $713.00.  WHAT!!!! He told me that he was going to read me my case file and not to inturrupt. He couldn't even read properly, ad he claims to be a lawyer.  Yeah ok! He told me that I was going to be arreseted at noon, if i don't pay this.  I asked him for his address, he couldn't provide that.  I asked him for a copy of the signed do***ents, he said he was going to e-mail it to me.  Haven't received anything. He told be that his Company is called Jeffersion & Davernport. He gave me the number for "Instant Loan" it's always busy.  He said he also needed my atorney information.  I told him that I was going to call him back with my attorney.  5 minutes later I did call him back, with my attorney and he ***g up.  I called back a***n and he asked for a bar #.  My attorney demanded that he gives him certain information before she would reveal her bar number.  He got very vulger with her and ***ual.  He was asking her her **** size, and if she could **** his *****.  He was very rude and nasty over the phone. So I called the police and told them about the incident and he said they are being investigated.  These people need to be stopped at once!

I got a call from this man yes****ay morning and he also said that i was being prosecuted for charges for Instant cash (which i never heard of) so i explained to the guy whose accent was so heavy i could barely understand that i never heard this company he s****ed to become very rude and told me that this was my problem. So i asked him for the name of the court and the number. The number he gave me doesn't exsist and neither does theirs. How to I file a complaint with the FBI.

2 calls. So****ign about investigation. Was about a former employee, so I called back. James Peterson with a thick accent. I was very nice to him and said I was calling to see what info they needed from me. The next thing I know, he says soemthign about go ahead and call the FBI, then calls me a m. f.! I said, "Why are you cursing at me?" He babbled so****ign about making money, so what does he care, call the FBI, so****ing else, then ***g up.

I received the same calls with the same threatening tone- I am being brought up on criminal charges and I am to appear in court in 3 days or I can  fax them prepaid visa account numbers to settle out of court. I did call my local Police Department and the Officer gave me a Police Report. When Michael Carter called back and I advised him that I spoke to PD he said “got to go” and ***g up.

Same issue as everyone else, 6 phone calls at work and 10 on my cell finally left me a message from Kevin Jones. I called back and Shawn Michael's answered and switched me to Frank Jefferson and to me seemed like the same person just disguising his voice. Told me I am being brought up on charges of Wire Fraud, Check Fraud and I am a criminal and will go to jail. He had the last 4 digits of my SS#, which concerns me and after reading all of these posts I just called him back and told him that his "company" has been reported. Reported number to BBB and going to see what else I can do to stop these people.

I received the same call and spoke with Alexander Davenport and message left by a John Hudson.  They called my job and left a jarbeled message on my cell phone.  They said in the ending Good Luck and God Bless!  When I spoke to Alexander he said I was being sued by Instant cash that gave me a pay day loan for 300.00 and he needed my lawyers information.  I as soon as I said that I have not received any money and this is fraud it ***g up the phone.  Talked to my lawyer and she said to report this to the state police because its fraud.

im getting these calls now. He said his name is Alexander Davenport and I am being prosecuted in California. I also got a phone number to call 916-236-4575 and all they did is transfer me back to the 322-4579 number.  No one could give me any other information.

i had that same call yes****ay @ work these people were very rude and I  called the BBB and they told me that this person is a scam and if they called back to tell them that the FBI has been contacted

In connection with a scam related to 810676161 number. I have received this call 10-20 daily for the last week and half. The message is kinda garbled but says basically the same as every post I have read on this so far. He says his name is Stephen Smeet or Sweet hard to understand due to the heavy accent, to have either me or my appointed attorney call as it is time sensitive. Caller ID is usually either a) no ID or B)810676161.  The call back number given was 805-322-4579. The message is a threatening tone to it and as with the others in reference to the 8116766161 number it says ..."If I don't hear back from you, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck, and God bless you." The 805 number is a private landline number from Camarillo CA. Legit businesses do not have unlisted numbers.
