I to Have been getting a call from this comapany; and they call back to back to back; they even say that I will be going to jail if I dont pay; I paid some one before and they said they sent me a letter  saying i pay this debt in full, how do i know this is not the same comapny, I have owe payday loans before and they never come on me and theraten me like that, sometimes i get scared I dont want to go to jail. I lost my Job and my banking account and if I did a loan my account was open at the time so how can that be fraud. TKMK CO; AND TRIKON THE SAME MAN KEEPS CALLING OR A WOMEN AND THEY SAY IF YOU DONT PAY YOU ARE GOING TO JAIL AND I SAY CONTACT ME BY MAIL BUT THEY WONT WHAT TO DO?

This man has been calling me for a year and the calls are still going on, it is a man with an idian accent. He has been harrasing my mom at work and he has called my house many times. He said my mother had made fruadulent claims and he also said her credit was declined. This guy has threatened to take my mother to court and threatened that he would have her arrested...........but nothing has happened. The other thing is that this guy calls from different numbers all the time from different states.He only calls from payphones or cell phones. He has even cursed at my brother and threatend my family, claiming that so****ing bad was going to happen to us. If anybody is reading this then you know what i am talking about and you are going through the same thing. Ignore this man he calls from numbers from different states and sometimes the caller i.d says TRIKON. Do not listen to this man he is a fruad and he is trying to steal from you and me!

Harrassing phone calls from an man of indian descent with an american name. Couldn't understand what he was saying. He threatened me but failed. Said he had my social n email called me numerous times at wk n personal phone.

what can we do about this?I am getting phone calls from these guys too!

These people call me to and i have paid them 750 dollars how do i stop them they claim i still owe them 650

I don't know who these guyz are bu they are making me very uneasy. Just reviewed my account and the charge went through but they are saying they can't process the payment. Are these guys lagite or what.?

call from 805-322-***4 Camarillo, CA. Same issues and characters.   These people are extortionists and have apparently bought account information from someone/ or hacked into online loan application information.  They use this information to threaten and try to obtain payments or further account information.    REPORT them to the local Camarillo PD (who will tell you to file a report with your local PD).

Same issue as everyone else, 6 phone calls at work and 10 on my cell finally left me a message from Kevin Jones. I called back and Shawn Michael's answered and switched me to Frank Jefferson and to me seemed like the same person just disguising his voice. Told me I am being brought up on charges of Wire Fraud, Check Fraud and I am a criminal and will go to jail. He had the last 4 digits of my SS#, which concerns me and after reading all of these posts I just called him back and told him that his "company" has been reported. Reported number to BBB and going to see what else I can do to stop these people.

I get the same messaage. Threatening phone calls, when he tells me I need to get an attorney, I s**** to give him my attorney's name and he ****s up. I get "Mike Anderson". I also get calls from other rude East Indians with names they weren't born with. I put money on a cash card at their request. Now I get calls saying they can't get money off the card. The bank says they certainly should be able to. The card request shows GM Consulting out of Lowell MA. No such listing anywhere except for an engineering company (legitimate business) in Houston. Trace on the phone number shows Camarillo, CA, which also lists no such business. Same indian accent people called my son, Said if he didn't pay 400.oo by certain date he was going to jail for bank fraud. He sent him the 400.00, 2 days later they called his job, and said it was a emergency, and he had only 1 day to pay the remainder 395. I sent the 395 and CJ found these other comments on these people. I called them back to tell him I wanted my money back, and he s****ed cursing me and my son, saying They were going to take us to court. The number we got the call's from is 805-322-4579. Hope they can be stopped. Let them work like we have to to make a living.

Same here. I was taken for $245. Same guy, whole bunch of different american names. I put some money on a cash card and it shows GM Consulting out of Lowell MA. Nothing shows in the Lowell phone book or on an internet search.

I just got a call and he left such an unprofessional message. I saved his message and called back asking to speak to a manager. Its clear that he may be indian and he says his name is Don Hudson..I asked for a manager and he put someone else on the phone with an Indian accent and says his name Alexander Davenport..yea, ok.

YES SCAM! They have a very strong Indian accent and use fake American names. This HAS to be a SCAM and unfortunately, in May I was taken for the ride.  They leave you a message saying, "you or your retained attorney need to call immediately, it's time sensative... if they do not hear from me, all they can do is wish me 'good luck' as my case unfolds on me."  So, in May this scared me to ***** and I called back.  The man knew all sorts of things and I did have a Payday loan 2 years ago.  I thought I had paid it off, but he was saying that I didn't and I had a court date, he was going to have the police take me to jail.  I had moved since then and thought maybe I didn't?  So like an idiot, I paid them $445.00.  Nothing else has been taken from my account (luckily!).  Yes****ay I received 3 calls from 'Christy Markins' from this number saying the same message.  I ignored it.  I got on the internet and found all of this information.  I pulled my bank records and the transaction on my records states: All American Serv00 of 209-7218910 NY and a bunch of other numbers.  No calls today, but if I receive any, I will ignore and I am sure that I am safe from going to jail.  Wonder what else I can do?  Seems that a whole bunch of people have reported them.......and here we are still getting calls from these con artists!!!

A guy by the name of John Hutson with an Indian accent calls from this number. He states that it is extremely important that I call back and states that I should contact an attorney. He also states to not ignore the message or things will not turn out good if I choose to ignore the message.  What can I do about this?

I got a telephone call on Friday, Nov. 20th, 2009 from a man who had an Indian accent, stating that he was calling on behalf of pay-day loan internet company. Julian Marcial and a man named Alex Mathues,phone # 805-322-4589. Julian Marcial told me that if I did not pay $437.91 immediately that I would be charged with bank fraud, writing bad checks and would be arrested immediately and sent to California. I did a reverse phone number look up and this call orignated from carmarillo, Ca. He had the name of my bank and family members. I called a friend who works at a pay-day-loan company and we placed a three way call to this number. My friend acted on my behalf and this Julian got very upset and ***g up on her. She told me not to worry that this is a scam.

Some indian guys sound exactly the same with two diff names and claim they are with some loan collection charging me with check fraud in CA. Knew my ssn and my email as well as my ***her-in-laws name

I got a call from this number on behalf of a payday loan company in CA. The guy with an Indian Accent claiming their names to be Kevin Jones and Shawn Michaels said that they were pressing charges on me for cyber fraud.

guys with an indian accent calling, on behalf of an internet cash advance site #916-236-4575 saying that i owe $568 that i have to settle on today or i will be charged in california court, for check fraud. they had the last 4 of my ssn# and my checking acct#. it is some kinda scam!!!!!
