He is a ****** who has been harrassing my mom who is a realtor. Do not fall for his lies

Text said payment for APPLE PAY attempted & to reply NO if not authorized. Did so, then received call. Did not answer. Called Wells Fargo & confirmed it was not them.

Can’t stop talking about himself, interested in property, hates realtors, same as all other posted. Extremely rude.

Meet him in a staples store in Palm Springs tried to impress me with his homes. Friends, planes,horses, fashion career oh and his family was the Segrams Liquor fame. Very creepy unfortunately I gave him my number before all this. I had to block him. He was calling me continuously. Scary stay away from this guy!

Claims he wants to buy a house in Dana Point, then Newport Beach and then Rancho Santa Fe and was on a plane to the Turks. S****ed to name drop, then was rude and said, "I can see this is going nowhere" and ***g up. Wow. This felt like a scam—either an attempt to gather personal information or to involve someone in a fraudulent real estate transaction. Please be very cautious. Block this number!! Gave the name Marshall Bronfman.

He ranted about my real estate brokerage and is unclear in direction of conversation and then wanted to know if I knew another agent and then proceed swearing. Crazy nut. Block this number!!

He called to say all these Famous people want him to by a Horse farm in the British Properties, BC. Ca***a On a plane to the Turks & Caicos Said all these Bel Air properties worth $177M for sale where his or his exwifes

He called and said he is from Los Angeles LAPD, mentioned a house we sold and the name of my previous colleague, he said tell me everything you know about that house? Then he said what do you know about Rancha Santa Fe, then he was super rude and ***g up. Creepy Dude. Do not engage.

He claimed to be a buyer looking for a realtor, and since I’m a realtor, I answered professionally and asked how I could****ist him. As soon as he heard my voice, he said I sounded rude and immediately ***g up. This felt like a scam—either an attempt to gather personal information or to involve someone in a fraudulent real estate transaction. Please be very cautious.

He said he owned horses and worked for Lulu lemon and said he was in fashion and that he was getting on a plane right now but in the background I could hear a door swinging. He said asked me if I could sell a home in Newport Beach that was 16million and he would help me as he had contacts. He gave me 2 addresses in Delmar that he said his partner Larry wanted to buy, oh and he owned a. Island.

Just got a call from him wanting to buy a home in Bel Air but did not want me to talk about my colleague who I work with and wanted everything private. Then he ***g up saying that it will not work.

He was referred by someone from Qualcomm. He wanted me to show him a home in La Jolla

Claims to want to buy a 5 million dollar house in hope ranch and then continues to question my being a female realtor and who I report to and how he doesn’t want to hear about anything other than what he has to say and he’s to work with only agents that will keep things private YET I have no idea what he is talking about. Horribly rude and very disturbed.

Incredibly disturbing. Engaged for 20 minutes on selling two homes and was obviously a fraud. Sent insulting text after I ***g up. Creepy.

Very disturbing. Called me yes****ay about selling two homes in Aspen. Had no idea what he was talking about in terms of locations so suspected immediately this was not real. Politely got off and he Insulted me in a text after.

This happened to me yes****ay here in Aspen. Lied about selling two homes and did not know how to*****ounce the names of one area. Got off and he sent an insulting text. I blocked him but was very creepy. Was looking at my ads etc.

Called about priperties same story , he is a doctor from Santa Barbara doesn’t like realtor , very fishy

Called at 9:48pm MST on 1/1/25 I said "good evening" and they ***g up.

Called to talk to me as a Realtor and said he was referred to me. He said he was calling from the plane ✈️ and flying to Turks and Caicos

Same story as above. Called about a property for sale. Told me he has a $16m house to sell. Went on and on about how wealthy he is. Says he has no respect for real estate agents.

Claiming to want to buy horse property. Weird and creepy texts. Obviously googles you to try and make a connection. Have blocked.

This man has found out all kinds of information about me. He even had the nerve to text me and then call me with his number showing he is a fraud please be.

Called saying he wanted to buy a property. Claimed his brother owned the island of lanai and that he knows the owner of our brokerage in NYC. He had obviously looked at my real estate profile because he knew where I was from. I asked who recommended me and he ***g up. Incredibly creepy.

Super rude old man called our brokerage looking for an agent who no longer works with us and then became angry when I would not give him any information. Kept calling me F(*&^ing ****** etc. Called back a***n with the same BS so I blocked him.

Came to see a room for rent in Palm Springs, same as all the others very creepy and personal questions. Claimed to rich and to know famous people. Says he is Jewish, but did not seem to understand Jewish customs. Also claimed to be from Ca***a. He was driving a red Kia.... not very rich.

He lies about being related to people to try to get comped services. Stay away. He's been arrested before.

Calling female realtors asking to buy houses

Very strange call saying he was working for a family member buying a jet and wanted to get a specialty registration number. Conversation got too personal. He ***g up.

This guy on September 29, 2024 called me, a female Realtor, and said he wanted to buy a 10million dollar house. Conversation s****ed to get too personal and red flags went up. Once questioned and asked for ID he became mean and cruel. I stopped the communication. He seems to have an AI****istant. He found out where I live. Says he's Jewish. Now we are on the alert.

This guy calls female realtors and has been calling them for years. The local police have a file on him. He pretends to know you.

This man inquired about a room for rent for his daughter, he said that his****istant found the ad for Stagecoach, although he didn't know what Stagecoach is about. He lives in Big Horn, I guess this is Rancho Mirage, he mentioned HWY 74. He s****ed getting personal and the conversation got uncomfortable.

This guy contacted me also about my room to rent. He also claimed to be a millionaire with horses. He claimed to have known my family. I didn't buy what he was selling - he seemed nuts. The following day he called several times- I didn't answer so he s****ed sending lengthy crazy texts. The messages then became angry and threatening. I blocked him since then. He also claims to have an****istant named Ber***ette whom I suspect is one in the same creepy old man. Avoid him and report to police as he seems****entially dangerous!!
