"Emily" first claims to be having trouble hearing with her headset (probably too small to fit around her bulbous cranium). Then claims we stayed at one of their vacation properties in the past and are now eligible for some (bogus) new vacation. I swear we have never given out our number so thanks phone company for selling your customers out!
