They too have been calling me. I have received no less than 15 calls over the past 24 hours. They even called my sister and threatened her! I finally reported this number to the CA Attorney General and also Pac West who issues the number. I have had "Jimmy Brown", "Mark Ryan" and "Jack Daniels" - all the same person with a very thick Indian accent. Told him this morning I could not talk as I was slaughtering a cow.

I received 2 voicemails from a Kathy Brown yes****ay and one at 7:23am this morning from the same woman.  When I called them last night, I spoke with Thomas Banks who read me script about how I did not pay back a loan (this is false) and how I am due in court in California Tuesday.  When I asked him to send me this information in writing that I had no recollection of a delinquent loan, he told me I would receive it at my office when the sheriff of my county drops it off.  I then told him that I know my rights and that they have to send so****ing to me in the mail to prove I owe this debt and I was ***g up on.  I tried calling back twice and was ***g up on immediately.  After receiving the voicemail at 7:23am this morning, I was irate!  I called and spoke with a Kevin who said he remembered me from last night ... funny, I thought his name was Thomas.  I told him a***n that I know my rights and that they cannot call me before 8am ... I was a***n ***g up on.  Tried calling back and was immediately ***g up on.  I do not know how these people got my information, but I will do everything I can stop them.  If you get a call from them, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!  THIS IS A SCAM!

the last message was on point. got same call there bs dont give any info. i yelled at guy and knes he was a fraud the calls have stopped

i am replying to everyone that is writing in on this phone number....these ppl First State Attorneys are not attorneys at all...they do not have any legal case a***nst anyone....they are scammers trying to get ur information so that u will give them permission to take money out of ur accounts...when these ppl call u tell them u know they are scammers and you are going to report them to the authorities and to the Better Business Buerua...what these ppl are trying to do is say that we have an online internet loan that has not been paid in full to Cash Advance...just to let u all know that all internet loans are cash advance...so please do not give out any info on yourselves and dont let them bully you into doing so...just tell them they are being reported and they will stop...these ppl are from overseas tapping into the US phones and getting consumer phone numbers (such as us as the consumers) and then telling us they are attorneys...well they just have been caught...and i have reported them and they will be stopped...hope this helps anyone who is trying to find out who these ppl are...thanks for your time and happy holidays to all...

got same call there fraud make sure not to give them any info. they want your bank account numbers. I made sure he knew i knew it was fraud and the calls have stopped

The calls from this # are a scam.  They are trying to get money and will say that you did not pay a past bill and now you owe x amount of money.  They somehow have a bunch of information Social Security #s Bank #s, etc.   Best thing to do is c****e your # and let them know you know its a scam and you are going to alert the local authorities.  These people have to be stopped!!!

Just received a voicemail from this number.  The person leaving the message whispered the entire message, making it impossible to understand, but shouted the phone number.

I got a call from "FIRST STATE ATTORNEYS" calling from 805 357 0269 claiming that I had a legal case a***nst me.  They were very rude and would not tell me what kind of case.  They knew my social security number and they threatened to "***** my life up forever" and put a "black mark" on my social security number.  They claimed the call was being recorded and accused me of being rude because I didn't know what case they were talking about.
