Bought wine from website, not delivered, promised refund, never came. Investigated and found phone number listed is disconnected, sometimes reconnected with answering message. Same with entity in KY which processed the charge: number disconnected. I refused charge on AMEX. Now doing business with same false number under new name.

Number frequently responds "disconnected." Listed as contact on scam websites for selling liquor, different websites all with same number. I bought something, was not delivered, amex charge processed by handler in KY also with disconnected number. No liquor license associated with name of store, no building at location listed. New domain just opened, same thing, same number.
