Got a text with my name and address and a link that I did not click on

Spammer stated that the Amazon fraud department detected a gift card purchased on Ohio. Transferred me to his Supervisor, who asked me to open "Quick Support" app on my phone. I detected a scam, so played along until we got here. Then I ***g up.

This phony "Amazon" text message is definitely a phishing scam! Offers valuable freebies ("Free - only pay for shipping) for answering a simple survey about your Amazon purchasing satisfaction, etc. Phishes for your name, address, email, phone and credit card data.
